- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★October 11, 2019, by Tom Smith VI had a recliner that had a damaged frame. It needed to be disassembled to get to the frame. Kevin was very professional and respectful. He took a picture of just the frame and texted it to me after taking the recliner apart and working on it. He even repaired a the recliner's button while working on the frame, something that wasn't even on the repair estimation. He did not add to the overall cost and did it as a bonus! I would recommend him to anyone and everyone. Xpert Upholstery & Repair, you are the only place I'll take anything to repaired or reupholstered in Rochester, MN.
