  In January of 2017 I some quartz countertops installed in a home I was remodeling in sw Rochester. They helped with design and install and the project turned out great. The carpet guys did the carpet in the bedrooms as well. Everything went great. This was the third house of mine they did and all three have been great experiences.

  We had the Tile Superstore come out to give us a quote for tiling our small basement bathroom after a waterline break. We were told by the contractor that they would level our floor. They gave us a quote but nothing was itemized. I guess we should have know from that something was up. They came and tile the bathroom and never leveled the floor so now we have 1+ inch gap between the floor and the base board. We contacted them and they basely told it was our fault and the we should I guess lay the baseboard unlevel to match the floor. They gave us some lame reasons why they didn't do it and they said it wasn't in the quote. The main reason we hired them was to have the floor leveled for the tiles. We could have tiled this ourselves if we wanted to keep the floor uneven and we would have saved ourselves a ton of money. I will never do business with them again. They are very dishonest and they don't take responsibility for their mistakes.
