  Ordered a farm style front door 6 months ago and was told it would be installed by Thanksgiving 2017. It just got installed last week and the door lock doesn’t even work and the installer didn’t realize it until after the door was installed. He said had he known that he would have never installed the door, “must be a new hire on the production line.” Not only was the door 3+ months late on install but we still don’t have a functioning lock on the front door. Managers promise to call you and update you on the process and they never call. Very poor customer service.
