The customer service at the Rochester MN location is absolutely horrible! sent our broken dryer in for the second time in the 3 months we have had it and its just been sitting in the store for 2 weeks... And will take atleast 3 weeks to be fixed.. Then they gave us a broken replacement and blamed us for it breaking.. Schedule a time for them to look at it and they never came but filled out paper work saying that they came!!! Absolutely the worst company i have ever dealt with!!!
