Disappointing customer service when I called to inquire about an estimate for a part on my furnace. Service receptionist would not give me an estimate for the part and labor until I had their technician come out and diagnose the problem. I had a certified technician from another company in town look at my furnace so I wanted to compare prices. Not a great way to earn business...they even installed the furnace originally.
