  I have dealt with a lot of contractors over the years with my rental and personal properties. Zack, from Dano's Chimney, showed up on time and with an amazing "How can I help you" attitude. My appt was for a chimney inspection. He helped me with about 7 other fireplace related issues with a smile. Their pricing is more than fair and their service is reminiscent of the old "The customer comes first". Also, these guys have almost everything in their truck! I had him replace several things and it wasn't the typical 'we'll order it and it will be in stock in 2-4 weeks'. AWESOME. If you're reading this, STOP. Call Dano's and setup an appt.
