  I absolutely love this store and everything about it. It is easy to navigate with wide well-lit aisles. The employees are always helpful and friendly. I can tell that this is an employer of choice in the Rochester area. If there is a product you can't find they are always happy to look it up to see if it will be ordered again or if it has been discontinued or was seasonal. I appreciate their transparency when it comes to items coming and going in the store.

  Fricken LOVE Costco. If your not familiar with Costco model, here is a quick synopsis. They run all products through testing and only sell the products that the test group approves. Their return policy is AMAZING!!! and one of the main reasons we continue to be loyal members. If you don't like something just take it back and you'll get a full refund.
